We know getting home support services can seem daunting and overwhelming. But please be assured that Horwoods Home Care is available to assist you through the process each and every step of the way.

If you do not have any supports in place, you do have several options.

One: If you have insurance to cover services please contact one of our managers to assist you in getting your supports in place. 1-709-489-0007.

Two: Wanting to pay privately? Please contact our GFW office and they will direct you to the manager responsible for your area. 1-709-489-0007.

Three: Want to apply through Central Health for Services? If so, please start the process by calling the Central Health Intake line at 1-833-210-8491. Please feel free to contact us to help you through this process or to notify us that you have called Central Intake.
