Horwood’s Home and Community Support Services Inc. will become the licensed service provider of choice to individuals, organizations and government agencies who need support services in order to assist in the management of the challenges that some adults, youth and children experience in the day-to-day living arrangements or those with complex support needs.
MISSION
Horwood’s Home and Community Support Services Inc., through the provision of high quality services, will provide supports based on best practices and within Provincial Home Support Program Operational Standards to:
- Children, Youth and Families who need assistance with everyday living activities within their own homes or assigned living arrangements
- Children and youth with complex support needs
- Families requiring settings for quality and safe supervised visits.
